Los Alamos County Community Birth Care Survey
Ten Moons Collective created this survey to foster understanding among community members and stakeholders around local birth preferences and needs. For more information, please read our initial press release and our press release announcing the first survey results. The survey was open October 25 through November 25, 2019.

Results Are In
...and coming in! This is a volunteer effort and taking longer than we had hoped. You are welcome to share and download the survey results as long as you do not sell or alter them. We hope these results will support community planning efforts with the families in mind who seek birth care and women's health care in Los Alamos County. As you review the results listed below, you may wish to see the questions as they were presented to survey respondents. The questionnaire is available in the Appendix.
